My wife (Korean) has a back injury that has left her unable to work. The company she works for gave her three months off to rehabilitate, but now back at work she still can't make it through the day. She has decided to quit and take more time to recover. Anyways being a back problem it would be hard to prove this happened at work, although the doctors she has seen have indicated that it was work/stress related. We've talked about applying for workers compensation, but she feels it would be to stressful to even apply for it!
Does anyone have any advice, experience with workers comp in Korea?
Any help would be much appreciated.

You really need to talk to a lawyer. You can try calling the Seoul Global Center but this sounds too specialized for them. They only do general things there: http://global.seoul.go.kr
