I share an account with my gf, and we use her's to wire money to a Canadian account in Canada.
Is there a max we can wire a year before Korea or Canada cares? |

The max allowed is your legal income (proof of legal income required for accumulated totals over 10 million won) or 50 million won, which ever is less.
