I would love to see a game. Does anyone know how to find out info in English. I know there is an LG team and a G team, etc. but I don't know where any of them are from. Who plays at Dongdaemun Stadium and how could I find their home schedule?
Thanks for any help.
Steve

no dice on the english schedule, but i can point you to the one in korean (which is easy to decipher).

http://www.koreabaseball.or.kr/schedule/schedule.asp?menu=1

where it lists the teams that are playing, look for (). That means the game is being played at Jamsil stadium (Line 2, stop #218, Sports Complex). Pretty much every day that there's a game, there's one at Jamsil because Seoul has 2 teams.

Looks like the league is taking a few days off, though, due to the all-star game on the 16th (not in Seoul).

No games at Dongdaemun stadium...I think they park cars inside of there nowadays.

Good luck finding a game,
-SL

Ahhh, perfect. Thanks so much.
If anyone else is interested, the Doosan Bears website (which I linked to from Sweet Lou's page) has an English option so you can get ticket and schedule info there for their games. http://www.doosanbears.com/

You can watch games at Jamsil Stadium at Olympic Stadium stn. on line #2. (Two stops past Jamsil). Weekday games start at 6:30pm and Sunday games start at 2:00pm. No games on Mondays.

If you're not religious about a team you don't have to worry about schedules because the Twins and Bears alternate, so there are games every day.

Most expensive ticket's only 10 bucks. Great deal for decent quality baseball.
