Just a note, buying a used car seat is not always a good idea. Make sure the seat you purchase has NEVER EVER been in an accident, even a fender bender as accidents can damage the integrity of the seat and place your child in danger.
Also, make sure the seat is not past it's expiration date (yes, car seats have expiration dates) and they are not safe past that point due to the weakening of the plastic etc.
Honestly, I would check gmarket and buy a new seat if it's at all possible. There is simply no way to know how a used seat has been treated and I would hate for harm to come to your child because someone didn't disclose all issues.
Sorry to hijack, I'm just a little crazy about car seat safety. |

| I think I will just have my wife put it on her knee while I am driving and smoking a cigarette. When in Rome. |

Or just let the kid stand up in the front seat, that's popular one too!
Honestly, no offense was meant. I just know a lot of people don't know some things like that about car seats and it really is important.
I hope you can find a seat. I know gmarket has the Triumph car seat which is a great one that the child can use up to 50 lbs. My son has been in his Triumph since he was 1, he's almost 3 and he'll probably be in it for another year or two. |

We've got an evenflo car seat we're looking to get rid of. The pamphlet claims it's suitable fro children between 9 -36 kgs, and 74-137 cm in height.
It's been well used, but the cover has been washed, and it's in decent condition. Never been involved in an accident. We now use just a booster seat with our son, so we don't need this anymore.
Let me know if you're interested or want some pics. BTW, we're in Northern Seoul.
Cheers! |
