My school is closing and I'm heading home. I need to break my lease early and thus I need to find new tenants to take over my apartment.

Available start of March.

It is in Itaewon right near Wolfhounds (so right near the main street). Excellent location. It is two bedrooms, though we turned one room into a living room. The key deposit was 3 million (cheap cheap!) and the rent is 700,000 won per month. The landlord is super nice and if there's a problem he's there in a matter of minutes to fix it. He does not live on premise and his English is decent. Everything works great (heating,cooling). Also you have access to the communal roof where people hang clothes and keep their plants. We were thinking about putting up a table and chairs this summer and hanging out up there. The view is really pretty. The apartment came with the following items: couch (it's a futon), coffee table, kitchen table w/ 2 chairs, GIANT refrigerator, bed, GIANT closet, water cooler (bottles are 5,000 each) and GIANT washing machine.

There's tons of storage space. We have inside space and there's a covered room outside.

The lady that lived here before us was really paranoid and so the place is super safe. There are two doors leading to the apartment. The outside one has a lock and the inside one leading to the actual apartment has 3 bolts. There are bars on all the windows.

The neighbor is nice and cooks you things randomly.

The minimum you can sign to is until July this year.


As for the stuff for sale--

Most of it is up for grabs immediately. Some I have to keep until end of February when I leave. You can tag yourself onto those items if you want them. Obviously there will be major discounts on items if you are wanting the apartment as well as what we have for sale.

I haven't priced them yet so if you're interested just ask and we'll work something out. Costco bags are 1,000 a piece if you want any.
