|
|
Did the whole "Certificate of Marriage" form about 3 years ago when we got married. My only copies are now in the States.
Want to apply for my F-2.
Questions
A) Do I really need this form to get the F-2 visa?
B) Is there a way of getting a copy of the form in Korea or do I have to have an original sent over from the States?
Thanks |

We'd forgotten to bring ours when we applied a couple of years ago. They let us send a faxed copy, and that ended up being ok after a brief discussion. Don't know if they're always so accommodating though... but you could just go, and hope your Korean spouse is persuasive enough...
Not the recommended course, but they "may" accept a fax, judging from my experience... you can ask. |
