I have always been fairly good at cutting my nails but lately it's been really bugging me having to watch others do it wrong. I think we all know that the correct way to do this is to start with the little finger of the right hand and make your way to the thumb then repeat the process for the left hand. But I've seen some Koreans doing the complete opposite and others sometimes seem to pick a finger at random. And now it's spreading to the waygooks. I saw one girl on the subway who took out her nail clipper, cut the nail of one finger and then put it away. It's just so inefficient. How do they expect to be great, like me, if they can't do the most simple of tasks properly.

This is so efficiently amusing.

I always use a scissor to do this job and every time i cut only some of my nails (just becasue they are not same long), guess I would be dead if the OP saw me.

What's wrong with you people? I bet you wear backpacks, use walking as a means of exercise and enjoy a drink now and then too.

At the moment, walking is the only exercise I'm allowed (had surgery last week), but I do wear a backpack when I ride my bike. Otherwise, it's a leather handbag.

I do enjoy a nice glass of red wine. How'd you know?

So the gross thing is that people are trimming their nails in public, right? Eww!

Although, I have a really nasty confession:

I have never really trimmed my fingernails. They are very thin and they bend and peel and when that happens I get the urge to bite or pick off the uneven part. I keep trying to grow them out long enough so I CAN trim them proper. It's not happening, though.

Ah I totally missed that the trimming was being done in public. Like, gag me with a spoon!

I bet the OP is crying now, and I am sure she cant sleep tonight.

But I also have my own obsession, I can't stand people type on a keyboard after they eat anything with their fingers..

Hope that makes you feel better.

I paid W7000 for a nail clipper yesterday.

Daylight robbery, but its the only nail clipper ive found in yangsan and I hadnt cut my nails in nearly a month. I was beginning to look very feminine.

As it happens, its the best nail clipper ive ever used. Can cut left to right, right to left, little finger to thumb, or even start with the middle and work alternately left and right. However you want. Always cuts great. Even my toenails.

Modern technology ay.
