60 mL?
maybe different bars in Itaewon or hongdae are measuring with different shot glasses..
does anyone know for sure?
going by wikipedia is says 60mls..
but I have seen different sized shot glasses around itaewon and just wondering what the basic pour was. |

A jigger is roughly 44 ml or 1.5 oz.
In my experience, it looks roughly the same as at home. |

Just a head-up, many shot glasses are very deceiving if they are shaped differently from the standard shot glass which weighs in at 1.5 ounces*.
A short shot glass or a "pony shot" is 1 ounce*. If it looks a lot bigger than a standard shot glass it probably is. If it looks slightly bigger or slightly smaller it's probably just your head playing with you thinking it's different when it's really not.
* Imperial to metric not supplied at this time due to laziness |
