Can you pay Air Asia for a flight in Korea now that they fly from Incheon? Is there a Korea office that can accept payment? I tried buying a flight with both my American and Korean cards this morning through the site, but got error messages.

I haven't tried to call them in Kuala Lumpur. Will try after work today and let you guys know what I find out.

i personally have trouble booking anything that isn't north american with google chrome. i don't know what you're using, but switching to explorer usually makes it work for me. good luck

I did it! The fraud department in my bank finally let me do it. Nothing is broken on Air Asia's site, American banks are refusing the transaction so you have to call your bank, but most times they wouldn't authorize it.
