| My understanding is that anything apostilled must first be notarized. Has anyone (here now in Korea) had success having a third party notarize an FBI CRC prior to apostillization? How exactly did you have friends/family get notarization done? My folks are getting grief about it because I'm not present at the notary. They live in Connecticut btw. |

It's answered on this thread. Once you get an apostille, if you're able to, Korean Immigration should accept it as they match your FBI check + apostille to your id. That's all they look for.
