Only one day until history is made and America has its first black president. In honor of Obama's coming of office, I hereby commission this threat as a tribute to cool. Obama has embodied the cool aesthetic from beginning to end, and even now maintains a calm aura that builds confidence even as the world's economy is collapsing.

So I would like to ask all of you to list things that are cool. I'll begin:
Frank Sinatra
Tailored suits
Musicians performing in the London Underground
Miles Davis
Whiskey and ice
Black pianos
Long umbrellas with curved handles
Downtown Chicago

This reminds me of this bar I went to in Bangi. It was called King's Cross. My friend wanted to go inside because he thought it looked cool and apparently the King's Cross is some sort of English nationalistic symbol. On the way up we could hear smooth jazz music beckoning us. Inside the sign read "King's Cross Intelligent Bar." The place had a beautiful interior. We sat down and picked up a menu. The cheapest beer was 12 000 won. And they call customers here intelligent? We left without ordering.

I'm still ole skool hardline right-wing conservative, but to swim against the current,
the positive mojo flow would be spiritually stupid. Bad karma in any case.

This one, I really liked. Mum, too.

Obama was helping out painting a homeless shelter or similar place, surrounded by common folk.
Probably not exact quote, but he said, "This'll be good practice for me. I'm moving to a new house tomorrow."

Talk about cool~! He's got it.
