I've taught in Korea for a year and now I want to go back to teach for another year. I still have my F4 visa and it hasn't expired yet. Do I still have to undergo the FBI check?

Only if you want to work at a public school.

CRCs are an immigration issue and with an F4 you don't need one for your visa.
