I'm looking to apply to GEPIK for the summer term but I don't graduate Uni until near the end of June. My final hand-in is in the end of May so I should be able to get a letter saying that I have passed and waiting for my certificate, but would it be too late by then to apply? If so, is the next big recruitment drive for public schools in the winter time?

Thanks in advance.

I'm in the same position as you. I think it's a pretty slim chance of getting a position through GEPIK/EPIK, as interviews start in April IIRC. Plus, it takes a while to get your E2 and all that stuff, so it is a pretty tight schedule. But from what I hear, some public schools may start hiring directly last-minute if potential teachers drop out.
I think if you really want ot go to Korea this year, you'd be better off trying for a hagwon position. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and prepare a good application for Feb.

You WON'T get a visa until you have the actual parchment in your hot little hands. Until then, NOTHING can be done and any application you make will just get filed "for future reference".

Get your paperwork in order. When you have it all at hand, apply. It won't take long to get something (even in a PS).

Thanks very much for your replies. I was thinking of getting all my other paper work in order so then I can hopefully quickly get my degree sorted then apply.
