| They censor every site and you can't enter anything. Who else is having a problem with this and what can you do? |

It's a kinda 'minor protection' subroutine.
Call KT customer service (or more likely, have a Korean call them) and cancel that Clean-i immediately. You might not be able to do it online.
Some adult websites and/or NK related websites might still be blocked after you remove Clean-i thing. That's Korean National Police ordering your ISP to block respective target IP, and you usually see a KNP seal popping up. In that case, the block has nothing to do with Clean-i program. |
