Are there any laws on this? My employer just changed our schedules and has us working MWF 5/6 straight hours with no break of any kind.

We come in an hour early and then go into the straight classes.

I searched on the forum and found some mention of something that said it's wrong to work more than 4 or 5 hours without a break.

Is this true? And if so, where can I find this law on the net in actual print?
