Print off the spec sheet from the website and every photo shop in the city will do them to spec and label the back (shop address/sig) for you.
Cost you about 10k won complete and done while you wait.

| i have never found a photo shop in korea that could not do passport photos. just take them the size info. every city has at least one shop. i have had lots of pics done for visas, jobs and passports here. the photo quality was about the same at all of them. most korean places will airbrush you so you look like you belong in a casket at a wake. |
