Just a heads up if you're going for a nice dinner out in seoul DON'T go to N Grill. at Seoul tower. The staff treat you like garbage. You could buy better tasting food at a franchise restaurant. you won't finish your meal by the time this place actually makes a full rotation. ALL the staff is stuck up and very rude.

Worst dining experience of our lives. Save yourself 200 bucks and go to a real proper restaurant is my warning.

Cheers [/code]

That place looked really expensive and not that nice at all.

I just go up to the top of the tower and drink beer.

Tourist Trap,eh? I've seen it but I've never eaten there. It does seem expensive.

If you want to eat at high altitude, Acro Tower in Anyang has an Italian restaurant at the top that's really reasonably priced (entrees starting at 18,000).

Ya honestly it was shockingly bad, no meal is cheaper than 80k despite refuting claims in other reviews. Just to clear things up.

More people obviously need to take their dates to Kimbap Nara. You probably would've had better food/service for a 10th the cost.

This might explain why I'm single Laughing

That's a shame. I've never been to the N Tower steak place, but I went the restaurant that was there before that one. It was pretty lame Koreanized Western food and it was overpriced, but it was the type of overpriced you'd expect. You'd pay about 15,000 for a "steak" (chopped steak or salisbury steak) that was fairly small with small sides of corn, kimchi etc. So, even though it was not great food and a tad overpriced, it was reasonably overpriced because you knew you were paying for the view and experience. It was worth it to sit and look out the window for an hour.

By "reviews" you mean by expat bloggers? Don't believe any of them. They'll give any bad restaurant a glowing review for a free Happy Meal Toy and an order of small fries.

Take Line 4 to Beomgae, go out Exit 2 onto the plaza and go straight. You'll see two towers that are 50-60 stories tall. Go there, it's in the tower on the far side. I'm not sure what the name is. The view is pretty awesome, though not 360*.
