I'm moving from ~Itaewon in Seoul to Gwangju in Jeollanam-do at the end of this month. What's the best way to move my stuff?
I've seen threads on here about renting bongo trucks and the 'take-away mover' companies, and I've thought about just trying to rent a car...but i'm wondering if anyone has experience moving from one province to another and what you recommend.
Thanks! |

I'd say the best way is to not go because it is nowhere near as good as living in/near Seoul. (I went from Gwangju to near Seoul) |

Oh man, Seoul to Gwangju??? Good luck with that.
When I moved from Gangwon-do to Seoul, I went to the post office and bought a few boxes there, boxed and taped, and then mailed. The rest of the stuff was brought over in luggage and a couple of trips between myself and friends on the bus. A couple unruly moments, but done. |
