I've been having a hard time getting to blogspot. Is Korea following in China's footsteps and blocking it?

NO problem for me. Where are you surfing from. Public school have a tendency to block some sites and places like blogspot and Facebook can be caught up in the net.

have you tried other sites? like the one in your sig?
are they all acting the same? Who is your ISP?
I've just tried your sig and mine both okay.

For some reason blogspots are ridiculously slow here (fastest internet my ace). The sites times-out almost every time.
