I just got my iphone 4 yesterday...YIPPEEE!!! But, I can't create an account in itunes. It keeps saying in red "Target person/group/service/company ID required...and I keep trying new passwords and still, I can't create an account. Also, when I downloaded itunes, it put my music playlist under an itunes library, even though I have no account yet...?????????? And when I synched my phone, I put my location as Korea with my Korean address, and when I click on store, it keeps showing the Korean store, and I don't want the Korean store....how can I go back and re-synch and put my US address? I want my music and apps...other than this problem, I love my phone so far. |

If you have apps than you must have an itunes store account already from the States? Where are you trying to access the store from your phone or the computer?
First- open up itunes (on the computer) and click store from the left hand menu and let it load. Scroll down to the bottom and in the bottom right hand corner you will see a flag. Click on the flag and go ahead and change it to USA. Sign into your itunes account if you have one and then sync your phone. Your apps etc will be fine.
When you download itunes it gives you an option to take your music and put it in an itunes library to simply the syncing process at first. That is normal. If you do not have an account you can create one when the store is switched over. You can't use the Korean iTunes store because you do have a Korean ID # |
