Since arriving in Korea in November 2009, I've been busy working on the project 'IAMTHESUN'. I wrote a load of songs, recorded them, found a drummer and we have been playing live now almost a year. This is the biog..

'IAMTHESUN' WAS FOUNDED IN SEOUL, EARLY 2010.

TAKING INSPIRATION FROM THE WORKS OF KANG IK-JOONG 강익중 AND FROM ELEMENTS OF ALT ROCK, ELECTRO, INDIE AND POP, 'IAMTHESUN' CREATE A WALL OF VOCAL HARMONIES AND USE PERCUSSION AND GUITARS TO EMPHASISE THE POINT.

I leave the country at the end of the month and we will be playing our final show tomorrow @ Club Ta in Hongdae. You can join the event here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=145387472181273&index=1

Doors at 11pm
Entry 5,000W

'Dodge Bullitz', 'IAMTHESUN' and 'Justin Patrick'

Here's a clip from our first ever show. Things have got busier and better since then Smile

Looks like the music is overdubbed on the video you posted. The music is ok though. Might be tricky to pull off all those harmonies live.
Is Justin Patrick not the guy who is always trying to put a band together?

Yes, it's about half and half (camcorder audio and mp3 mix) on the video as when camcorders get close to pa speakers = fuzz / cutting out. On the IAMTHESUNUK youtube channel there is one from FF that's purely from a digital camera and you can see why I did it that way, as the sound's not the best.

We both harmonise live and there's some low level 'filling' harmonies that come from the laptop, along with bass and synths. Works great live!
