I have heard people mention this, but can't find the old threads...
I am looking for volunteer work, language exchange, or a social club where I could interact with Deaf Koreans. I am somewhat fluent in ASL, and interested in learning a bit of KSL.
Any contacts? |

You know, I've always wondered why SL wasn't standardised...I mean, it is a 'relatively' new language. Although, I remember in studies about a few orphans on a boondock island that created their own SL, and another deaf group of children that took a trip to the beach for the first time, and created new gestures for 'sand,' as they had never been taught that word. I wonder how American deafs would sign for 'Gimchee!'
As for your OP, sorry, no help.
shoosh,
