I'm pretty sure this has been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone had any new old/information to give me.

Thanks, I have a lot of decent clothes to give away, they just don't fit

Smile

I believe you can use those green boxes you sometimes see attached to fences and the like.

Any locations of such in the Itaewon/Hannam-dong area? I have a mountain of clothes that have inexplicably shrunk over the past 3 years (must be the water in Seoul)... and I never should have bought these "slim-fit" shirts in the first place.

Can you type the name of your neighborhood in Korean? If so, go to naver.com and type it in, along with 재활용센터. You will see a map of all the second hand stores in your area come up.

Some may just be furniture, but others are for clothes, books, appliances, etc. Just go drop the stuff off....usually they will have a big drop-off box outside. If you need to get rid of anything like an iron or little appliances and gadgets, many of these 재활용센터s will give you some money for them.

Looks like there are plenty:

I'm pretty sure the D one is only for furniture though.

You can donate to the Salvation Army and they will even pick it up.
