I just moved into a rooftop apartment with a space on the roof. I'm free to do whatever I want up there.
It's BBQ time....and not the horrible chicken place.
I'm guessing buying Western style BBQ grills would be stupidly expensive here.
Anybody build a smoker here or grill out of a 55 gallon drum? I assume it should be possible to get one built by a local shop out of some spare 55 gallon drum for cheap.
Alternatively, can I just buy some korean style grills and modify them?
I'll assume somebody is making those outdoor grills for vendors. |

Indeed
So far the only grills I've found seemed suited to camping in the woods rather than real cooking. |
