| I flew with them about 4 years ago round trip JFK-CPT via JNB. From what I remember, all four flights were ok. I have no doubt that things may have changed since then or that they have different standards for flying to/from other parts of the world. |

| Ever flown Aeroflot? They are worse. I'm sure a lot of the American Airline companies could give SA Airlines a run for it's money. Delta's service is horrid. |
