With the new rules you can work at any job within the restrictions of your visa class. You need (written permission) from your employer and you need to make a report to immigration within 14 days of the addition.
You cannot work outside your visa class without permission of immigration.

For IELTS examining contact The British Council or IDP, who run training sessions for new examiners about once a year. If they don't get back to you it's probably because they don't have any plans for the next session at the moment so try again later.
For BULATS, try Wall Street Institute though I've a feeling they only hire F2 visa holders for the oral tests |

Hagweon is still the best IMO. With the tasty tears of South Korea's public distrust against their own public education, of course. |
