So I have an interview with Avalon coming up and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.
What types of interview question do they usually ask?
What question should I ask them?
Thanks for any help. |

It will go something like this:
"Hello, this is Mr. Kim from Avalon. Do you have all your paperwork ready?"
"Yes I do"
"Great. You're hired." |

What a dumb response. She obviously doesn't think Avalon is a 'good' or 'bad' place to work as she is interviewing to work there which would indicate that she hasn't in fact worked there yet. So how would she know whether it was a good place to work or not?
I think you mean 'Ha ha - Do you think Avalon WILL BE a good place to work?'
In this case your reply would not be considered dumb, but unnecessary.
How unhelpful.
To the OP - I imagine they will ask you about your experience dealing with students, maybe an example scenario of poor behaviour and how you would deal with it. The usual interview questions.
Good luck. |

I interviewed with Avalon in Cheongju. They seem much more interested in your weight, appearance, and personal habits (they don't like female smokers and will give you a hard time about it if you are, but its ok for men) than they are in your qualifications. If that's not a problem, go for it.
A colleage of mine had a good experience with them, but she's very very chill and isn't worried about professional dignity. I was offered the gig, but didn't take it. If you're a girl, sound bubbly and enthusiastic, have a singsong voice and gush about how much you love kids. If you're a man, you're golden pretty much no matter what. |

I always enjoy questions about personal appearance when being interviewed by a SCHOOL. |
