Is it true that your papers (contract and your certificates/documents) have to / should go to a lawyer for a gaurantee before your new boss takes them to immigration to apply for your blue E2 visa form?
Friends of mine just got employed recently and their boss (who's Canadian and therefore told em) said he had to take the papers to a lawyer to be a guarantor before going to apply for the E2 at immigration.
Is this true? Or total nonsense? |
