If you're planning on living in Santa Ana, you'd better brush up on your Spanish. 80% of the population is of hispanic descent.
Yeah, that price is real because you are buying a mobile home in a poor city. Unfortunately, CA is extremely expensive to live in if you want something resembling the lifestyle of the average NET. |

I wonder if that mobile home includes the ground beneath it or if you much rent the lot. (Still not a decision I would make).
Small to midsize cities are still cheap, cheap, cheap. You can get a 4 bedroom house (<5 years old) in a nice (new though, ) neighborhood for <100k in Boise. The bonus is that the people who bought them didn't realize they'd be homeless soon so they tend to have nice fixtures and appliances too. Suckers! |

Why are you interested in buying in Santa Ana, CA? And you might want to look into what property tax there would cost you. |

not particularly that area, but I would like a place in california that I can stay in for a few months a year(snowboarding). and cheap is always good! I just used that house as an example because where Im from (australia) even a trailer park home is at least 150-200K. which doesnt include site fees. |
