What's the best bank for us foreigners to use? (or all they all relatively the same?)
based on:
1. Exchange rates
2. Ease of use
3. Online Banking
4. Fees

| KEB bank is the best. they really made it easy for foreigners. i've used hana, kb and finally now use KEB. |

I suppose the most important question I have is:
Would it matter which bank I was in in terms of the exchange rate I would receive?
KEB, Shinhan Bank, KB? |

| Shinhan bank at the Seoul Global Center (in the Seoul Finance Center, Gwanghwamun) caters to foreigners. Check them out, they are also on Facebook. |
