| Those might not be real diamonds. My ring has a real diamond and it came with a certificate of authenticity. |
Could a store get away with that?
With a customer who doesn't ask about certification of authenticity, and doesn't keep the receipt?
Of course they could get away with it. I'm not saying they did. Id see a jeweler now and be sure, though.
Of course, if you find out that the set isn't genuine, what can you do? It's four years later, and you have no receipt.
Best,
Justin |

| BTW, in korea, a lot of stones that look like diamonds are CZ's. Cubic Zirconia's. I was surprised that most people's engagement and wedding bands were made with CZ's but set in real gold. it's not unheard of in the states but yeah, looking at the size of the stone and what you paid for it, it's probably best to get it checked out to make sure they're real diamonds. |

Bumping the post. They are still available if anyone wants them. Also, if you know of a good pawn shop / jewelry store that will buy these off me, please let me know too |
