Hi,
I want some one to take over my House at Heabongchon near Itheawon. The house is at very decent location and very close to small stores and restaurants.
It has 2 bed rooms with hall cum kitchen and one Bathroom very clean and decent.
A 5min walk from Naksopyong subway station
The house deposit is KRW 3000,000 and monthly rent is KRW 450,000 + utility bills
I have all the house hold items including sofa, fridge, washer, wardrobes and all kitchen stuff. I will give all these items with very reasonable prices to whoever is taking the house.

...is this really an entire house for rent...or just an apartment?
... curious to know if your semantic designation is any more accurate than your spelling...cum kitchen...really?  |
