I just dropped a large amount on cheonse on a place and short on cash.
I've heard if you present your ticket out of korea to the pension office, you can pull it out.
I recently took a job that doesn't pay pension(yeah, I know, save your criticism) so I obviously won't be making deposits. |

You also need to have your visa canceled or expire.
doing a visa run and getting a new visa = possible.
staying on the same visa = no chance.
