Has anyone had any experiences with them? Good, bad or otherwise?

I tried calling them but it seems that none of the front desk staff is able to even understand the word "appointment."

I sent them an email as well, but got it bounced back because their inbox is full.

I would just go to Dream Eye Center, but I don't know my original surgeon will cover their fees as they were not the partner facility originally referred.

I just need to go for an annual check up as I'm already overdue for one.
