| What's the rent/deposit like for a 2/3 bhk furnished apt in bundang(especially jeongja)? Is it expensive than gangnam? |

| If it's on the park I bet it will be more expensive than Kangnam. The school in that area is very prestigious and that inflates the prices of apartments in that area. Besides the living conditions and amenities in Bundang. |
