It seems that I get a lot of offensive remarks about me. Some people say that I have a bad grammar. Some people say that I don't think like any other foreigners in Korea because I hate 2MB.

So really. Does anybody really hate me?

What is 2mb? Seriously, just as your not going like everyone/nor like you;
no one can please everyone in life. In other words, sometimes things are just a no-win/(right or worng) answer in life.

I guess the bigger question would be:Why would you even care?

2MB = the President of Korea (Lee Myeong Bak)

I got two offensive remarks from members that I have a bad grammar this week. And I got another offensive remark from a guy when we discussed about 2MB.

I'm not really in the mood today. Sorry.

One of my best friends here is 1.5 gyopo (born here but moved away whilst young, then returned as an adult). Most young Koreans hate 2mb, and I agree with the sentiment. I also love the snarky nickname!

Cheer up. I like you Smile

This is Dave ESL cafe, you gotta have tough skin when you're posting in this forum. Sarcasm, rudeness, narcissism is rampant around here. Watch out for the grammar nazis, they are the worst.

I had a resentment against Gyopos for awhile, because one was my boss and frakked me over. He complained that he was in between two worlds and had to apologize for the other without appreciation for it from the first. I resolved my resentment of him through pity. But your trouble are not the teachers on this board, your biggest problem will always be from Koreans, who think that you're Korean by blood and thus should act, speak, and understand Korean.

I didn't mean to be offensive about 2mb. Sorry if you felt that way.

As for your grammar, some of your consistent errors in articles, conjugation and plural/singular grammar are awkward, which leads many to assume that English isn't your first language. It has nothing to do with being a grammar nazi, or hating you. But with those minor mistakes, it's hard to believe that you are a native speaker. Most L1 English speakers can spot these errors easily. If English isn't your first language it is hard to fix those small, yet identifiable errors in grammar.

Problem is I don't have a native language per se. I think it's called multiple secondary language syndrome in linguistics.

So laugh at me all you want just because I have a horrible way to communicate in English. Go on.
