Haven't they eased the restrictions on E2 visa holders if they want an iphone?

hmm...maybe they have? i don't know~
I'm on an F4 and I still couldn't get an iphone~

They wanted me to either A. pay the lump sum of the phone upfront...or B. get my visa renewed with 2 or more years on it~ and i didn't want to do A, and i couldn't do B. The new visa regulations state that you can't extend your visa until you have 2 months left on it~~

KT is not foreigner friendly~ But if you have the device there is no problem getting service~ But also the fact that Iphones are way over priced here makes it difficult i guess you could say for foreigners to get them~
