I had some sent last year, but don't want to bother family. I'm debating between making my own and ordering a lot on Amazon and splitting it with others who may want it. I usually prefer whole wheat.

Or I might just buy crackers and pretend. I'm not religious. I just want to make a nice Passover dinner for friends and want to keep it as authentic as possible.

I think that's the better option.

And use fresh Kimchi for Maror? It does have the bitterness and the harshness.

I'm not kosher. I just haven't had a proper (omnivore) passover dinner in many years, and I'd like to have one this year. I'd like to try and get it as authentic (foodwise) as possible.

Thanks for the link. I emailed the rabbi and asked if he knew where I could get it.

Why not contact the rabbi at the chabad house? He probably has some matza that he can give you or that you can buy.

I emailed the rabbi at the above link. I'll let you know if he gets back to me.
