I really like the food you get in the countryside - those meals with a bit of rice or meat and umpteen fresh, simple, well-made panchan, most of which are a form of leaf or seaweed...anybody know of a particularly good place in Seoul? Especially a jeollado countryside style restaurant?
Also boyangsik restaurants - especially the ones that are kinda rare: rabbit, black goat, eel, etc.? Any suggestions in seoul? |
