I am interested to know about how difficult the process it. It appears for a US citizen to get an F-2 they must have a marriage in the US now, and I am not going back to the mainland anytime soon. Can this be done quickly like in Korea?

Also, can I get married in Korea and then again in the US? Are there any problems with that?

No, you usually can't marry the same person multiple times in multiple countries without their being divorces in between and violating local laws.

Yea, I found that out today. Does anyone know if I can just go to Guam and fill out marriage paperwork within a few days, hassle free? Is the marriage process longer than normal since she is not a US citizen?

I found out today this is a very easy process. Take my certified birth certificate, id, my fiencee's family history record, id, and a couple of forms printed out from their website and notarized down to the Dept. Of Human Services in Guam. Pay $30 plus a $50 rush order fee and get the marriage certificate same day.

Easy peasy. Smile
