Is this normal and/or legal:
I submitted my public school application through a recruiter and passed my interview. At the time, my crc wasn't ready, but everything else was. So my recruiter asked me to just email them scans of all my documents (diploma w/ apostille, passport, letters of referrals) and a copy of my mailing receipt to the FBI for the crc I was expecting.
Today, I received my notice of appointment and a single copy of my contract. The recruiter says I can now proceed with arranging the consulate visit and get the visa. The recruiter says I can just bring along the documents and signed contract when I finally come to Korea.
I'm confused, I thought that I needed to mail the documents and a signed contract back to Korea first before being able to get the visa. I now have all my documents, so I can send them in anytime. I don't want to fly to Korea and find out that they wouldn't accept my crc because the apostille is from the state level. And shouldn't they need a copy of the signed contract? |
