3 big concerts in one month! Sweet!

Does anyone know how to access interpark.com's English page? I can't find it on their website's main page.

I think Slash is playing in March as well. There wasn't anything on the English page, but something caught my eye on the Korean page.

Clapton is playing this Sunday on the 20th. I think there are still some tickets left.

Awesome. I have already seen Clapton and The Eagles in the States, but would love to see Maiden.

Anyone know how I buy tickets? Also, how do I get to the venue via subway?

So, how does one get to this venue for the Maiden show?

Also, can I buy tickets at the door, or do I need to purchase online? I doubt it sells out.

It's at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium. I've been to a few shows there. On Line 2, go to the Sports Complex subway station. Come out of exit 6 or 7, the baseball stadium will be on your left. Walk straight (towards the bigger stadium) until you get to the T-intersection of the path (edit: sorry, this part wasn't very clear because the 'path' isn't clearly defined... turn right just before you get to the large stadium). After turning right, continue straight, and it'll be more or less directly ahead. At this stage, you'll be able to follow the crowds of Koreans wearing Maiden t-shirts.

Tickets at the door. I'm not sure about this. I don't remember this being an option, and I didn't notice any touts around. To be on the safe side, I'd buy tickets in advance.

Thanks. If I did purchase online, could I use a card from home?

is this like an AARP Benefit Concert? or what?

I assume you can get in with walkers and you'll need one of those "help me I've fallen and I can't get up" things around your neck?

I'm familiar with all three bands, but jeez.

aren't the Eagles like dead yet?

The Eagles are alive and well but Don Felder has permanently left the group so he won't be there.

Koreans do know other Eagles songs like "Take It Easy" but just want to hear "Hotel California."

Kimdeal, I think you are wrong about the Iron Maiden venue location:

It is at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Gymnasium (also called "Gymnasium One") which is off Line 5 (Macheon Line) at Olympic Park Station, exit 3.

It is not at the "Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium" as you noted, though Olympic Park is also described as being in the Jamsil area--and it is, but way way on the other side of Jamsil.

Sports Complex Station just has the open-air Olympic Main Stadium
with the baseball stadium and some other smaller gymnasiums.

Check the directions given on Interpark when you get your tickets.

Olympic Park Gymnasium One (The Indoor Gymnastics Gymnasium) is where you all need to go.

Yes, sorry about that... you're right. Embarassed

On Korea Gig Guide, it said Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium, which is the one at the Sports Complex. I didn't even read the location on the official Interpark site. Thanks for the correction. The poor guy would have ended up at the completely wrong place.

Those ticket prices are insane...and they say that Koreans don't do drugs. Those concert promoters must have been high to ask that much money for those shows. I would enjoy a chance to see a big show in Seoul, but I'm a teacher not a billionaire.
