| A recruiter for GEPIK is telling me that, even though I can transfer my visa without the FBI CBC as per the special exception to the new rules, the school will still require me to submit an FBI background check which they will submit to the school board. Another recruiter for GEPIK didn't tell me anything like that. So is this true? If so, why would the circumvent the immigration office's rules like that? Seems like they're just making it harder for themselves to keep teachers. |
