Boracay's not that cheap to get to though. The flight to Manila is cheap, but you have to add a lot on top of that to get to Boracay. That said, there are plenty of places in the Philippines that would fit what you're looking for.

My sarcasm detector is going off, but really, are you looking to travel or to "party"? Where do you want to go? It's the rainy season in much of the South Pacific. Japan is in shambles. China is a pain to get into. You could hit the Philippines i guess. So if you are looking to Hit the club and hook up with some girls, then you could probably just do that in Korea. If you actually have a legit reason to travel, i.e. go to the beach, see new cultures, etc, then by all means go.

i was actually surprised by the lack of partying going on in Hong Kong.. i spent two weeks there last summer and came away a bit disappointed. You could easily find more parties going on in hongdae on a tuesday night.

i also thought hong kong's nightlife was much tamer (and also way more expensive) than seoul's. i was kinda disappointed really. granted i only hit up a few spots in lan kwai fong and kowloon, but it wasn't all that exciting.

Goa- In India topless beaches hippy scene. Big Ganja scene. An overnight bus will take you to Hampi far out temples and similar head scene to Goa.

Pattaya Thailand- Big A go go bar scene. Decadent seedy nightlife. Beach is not really that nice but better beaches can be reached by cheap ferry. Check out Walking Street, Soi 6, and Devils Den (Soi Metro)

Angelis Philipines- Similar to Pattaya cheaper ladies speak better English
No beach.

Bangkok- Nana Plaza. Soi Cowboy. Patpong. Kho Sarn road. No shortage of nice Massage parlours Check out Eden club.

Krabi/ Phi Phi Island Thailand- When you are sick of the go-go bars in Pattaya you can chill out in breathtakenly beautiful beaches.
