Look up. There's the contract sticky,

That said, from the first part alone, it seems you're gonna get worked to the absolute BONE.
30 hours a week teaching with NO time for prep? Hagwon Director can say you MUST teach more overtime, you have to sub in the absence of a colleague and won't be overtime, cram periods in which you'll do extra teaching hours but not get overtime etc etc.

Jesus, I dont understand why anyone would get a job in a hagwon, apply to an EPIK position and get 22 teaching hours a week with 18 hours a week to prepare classes/surf facebook whatever.

There is a sticky for this.

You may want to peruse it as well to get a better idea of what and what not should be in your contract. Informed is aware.
