Anyone know where to get them in Seoul? Lost my Nokia phone charger and can't seem to find ANYWHERE.

Go to Gmarket,

browse for Nokia accessories, (for example, http://english.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=192636881&pos_shop_cd=EN&pos_class_cd=90000001&pos_class_kind=T)

select a genuine USB-output charger with an appropriate USB-to-whatever-pins-you-got cable.
