Is it Top Cloud?

It's a pretty nice place.

Are there any other restaurants that are similar?

Marco Polo at the top of the World Trade Center near to COEX is pretty classy.

Choose either the Mediterranean half of the restaurant or the Asian half. Both are good. Not too insane prices. Best of all, when I was there anyway, foreign chef's!! I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw those guys........Yay! No crappy Asian fusion food tonight!! I was right. It was real food, real dishes, cooked just right.

Top Cloud is great, although Pierre's in the top of the Lotte Hotel is possibly even more 'classy' but is super expensive - and I preferred the experience of Top Cloud. The food @ Brick & Wood in Samcheong Dong is miles better than both though, absolutely outstanding, well priced & a nice place too.

The restaurant at the W Hotel next to the Walker Hill is first rate. They have a famous foreign chef who has cooked at various 5 star establishment around the world. Top notch food.

Can I get some more opinions on Top Cloud? How was the food? Anyone try the buffet or the regular dinner the way to go?
