Any places to search for apartments/homes/officetels for rent in the Bundang area?

Every budongsan in the gu. It is a big gu. What part are you considering?

Anything you find on-line and in English will cost you 2-3 times more than just taking a walk around the neighborhood.

IF you can read Korean then naver.
Many officetels don't advertise outside their own building.

Poonglim in Seohyun is an example where there are 3 budongsans within the building that deal with suites in the building.

.

I don't speak Korean so that's a bit rough. I'm looking for as cheap as possible pretty much. I can read Korean, but I wouldn't think most offices speak English. I'll go check some out though.

I'm going to have to enlist a Korean friend for help!

Just make sure to ask about building fees. my place is 550 a month, but then when i moved in they told me its another 200 a month for building fees. bastards!

But yeah, just go to budongsans, but go to many, not just one.

Best way to go, especially with someone who isn't a pushover.
