Hi all,
I would like to know who is responsible for registering me for medical insurance. My contract states that the cost will be split 50/50 between my employer and me as it is supposed to be.
But is it my responsibility to register or should my employer do it? |

Wrong forum. This should be in the jobs forum.
You cannot get your NHIC medical insurance until AFTER you get your ARC.
AFTER you get your ARC your employer is legally required to register you and you should get your NHIC booklet about 14 days after you are registered.
IF you are going to a hagwan chances are that you will NEVER be registered and NEVER get your NHIC booklet in spite of what your contract says.
