Sneding my ARC back to be cancelled-possible?

Hi all,

Thanks to those who helped me last week.

I have another question relating to my ARC.

I currently have said card in my possession, having intended to return when I left Korea 2 months ago.

If I send it back to Korea, is it possible for them (the school/ immigration) to cancel it there, or do I have to wait until it expires which is February 2012?

I ask as I would soon like to begin applying for jobs around August/September.

Any advice would be most welcomed!
